Stimulated by the $P_{cs}(4459)$ reported LHCb Collaboration, we perform a single $\Xi_c\bar{D}^*$ channel and coupled $\Xi_c\bar{D}^*/\Xi_c^*\bar{D}/\Xi_c^{\prime}\bar{D}^*/\Xi_c^*\bar{D}^*$ analysis using one-boson-exchange model. Our results indicate that newly cannot be pure molecular state, but bound state with $I(J^P)=0(3/2^-)$, where $\Xi_c^*\bar{D}$ components are dominant. Meanwhile, find interactions from $\Xi_c^{\prime}\bar{D}^*$ system $0(1/2^-)$, $\Xi_c^{*}\bar{D}$ $1(3/2^-)$, $\Xi_c^{*}\bar{D}^*$ $1(1/2^-)$ strongly attractive, one can expect possible strange hidden-charm or resonant structures near these thresholds assigned quantum numbers.
